Eco Savers Group Ventures Inc. is seeking an Admin Coordinator in the Philippines to provide administrative and operational support to the assigned department. You will monitor LPG stock, consolidate inventory data, and handle stock records and billing documents with accuracy.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, proficiency in Excel, and strong organizational skills. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely reporting and compliance with procedures.
An organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the assigned department. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and consolidating LPG stock and cylinder inventory data, processing financial and billing documents, coordinating material and supply requirements, and ensuring that operational records and reports are accurate and submitted on time. The position may be assigned to support the Primary Logistics and Motorpool Department, Cylinder Supply Distribution Department, or Cylinder Maintenance Department under the Operations Division.
Monitor and consolidate LPG stock data from assigned plants or locations
Prepare and submit accurate and timely stock and inventory reports
Maintain updated records of stock levels and movements
Maintain accurate and updated cylinder inventory records per assigned plant or location
Monitor and track cylinder movements, repairs, transfers, and classification updates
Assist in inventory reconciliation and verification activities
Prepare and process reimbursement requests, payment requests, liquidation reports, and other financial documents
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents before submission
Process and monitor billings related to cylinder and supply purchases, services, and other department requirements
Perform administrative and clerical duties necessary to support daily department operations
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
Experience in administrative support, inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or operations is an advantage
Knowledge of inventory monitoring, documentation, billing, and basic financial processes is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational, coordination, and record-keeping skills
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in reports and documents
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Can work effectively with different departments and stakeholders
Reliable, proactive, and highly accountable
