Position Overview
The Administrative Manager is responsible for validating, coordinating, and ensuring compliance across core support functions including Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing, Import/Export (ImpEx), and General Administration. This role ensures that all processes are aligned with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Oversight
Validate financial transactions, reports, and compliance with internal controls.
Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy in budgeting, payroll, and statutory submissions.
Human Resources Validation
Review HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and due process standards.
Plan and implement company camaraderie
Handles Performance Management
Purchasing Process Control
Validate procurement requests, supplier contracts, and purchase orders.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with company standards.
Import/Export (ImpEx) Compliance
Oversee documentation and validation of import/export transactions.
Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and government requirements.
Administrative Management
Supervise office operations, facilities, and administrative support services.
Maintain company vehicles ( light vehicle and delivery vans)
Implement efficiency measures and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-functional administration (Accounting, HR, Purchasing, ImpEx).
Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (labor laws, trade regulations, financial reporting).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to validate processes, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
