Job Summary
HR Primo Management Services is looking for an organized and trustworthy Admin Assistant to support HR documentation, client records, sales admin coordination, and general office operations.
This role is ideal for early-career applicants with basic experience in admin, clerical work, documentation, office support, HR admin, or sales admin support.
The Admin Assistant will help maintain files, prepare documents, coordinate basic requirements, and support internal teams with proper guidance from management.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Admin Support
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and administrative documents.
- Assist in preparing and filing HR forms, memos, employment-related documents, and other office records.
- Support document tracking and basic coordination of requirements with government agencies, client offices, service providers, or other external parties as assigned.
- Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
Sales Admin & Client Support
- Assist in organizing documents and records for Virtual Office and co-working clients.
- Help respond to basic client inquiries and coordinate concerns with the proper team member.
- Assist in maintaining, updating, and filing client contracts and related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding sales-related requests, client records, and document requirements.
General Office & Clerical Support
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence.
- Prepare, encode, photocopy, scan, and distribute reports, forms, and documents as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and help keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Coordinate basic office concerns with building admin, unit owners, or service providers when needed.
- Perform other clerical and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business, Administrative, Human Resources, Psychology, or related course.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of admin, clerical, documentation, office support, HR admin, or sales admin experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and general office procedures.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple small tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to learn HR documentation, client support, and office administration.
- Able to work onsite.
