Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a proactive sales-oriented individual for on-site field work to promote HC Credit Card and related products. The role focuses on presenting HC products at partner stores and guiding customers through the application process.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school education; no prior work experience is required, though frontline sales experience is a PLUS. Perks include performance bonus, leave benefits, and HMO after probation.

Responsibilities

• FIELD WORK: Proactively selling HC Credit Card and key products at designated stores.
• Maintain a positive image of HC at partner retail POS.
• Approach and offer HC Credit Card to potential clients in-store.
• Explain HC Credit Card features and rewards clearly to customers.
• Assist and guide customers to complete consumer finance applications.
• Prepare client documentation and collect information for the system.
• Keep the HC kiosk area neat and fully functional.
• Protect and maintain company equipment.

Job description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
