Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Product Support Operator to execute day-to-day Product Support operations, including product code requests, Salesroom updates, Jira tickets, and contract acknowledgements. You will ensure timely processing and adherence to established procedures.

The role involves managing product codes, validating requests, escalating issues when needed, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Process product code uploads, updates, and removals in Salesroom based on approved requirements.
• Verify product code details against approved instructions before processing.
• Ensure completed transactions are accurately recorded.
• Monitor and process assigned Jira tickets within defined service levels.
• Provide accurate responses, update ticket statuses, and conduct necessary follow-ups.
• Escalate incomplete requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate team member.
• Check request completeness, required approvals, and supporting documents.
• Validate product code details and related information to minimize processing errors.
• Identify discrepancies and report potential operational risks.
• Process contract acknowledgements in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure required information is properly recorded and accessible.

About the Job

The Product Support Operator is responsible for executing day-to-day Product Support operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of product code requests, Salesroom updates, Jira tickets, contract acknowledgements, and related operational activities in accordance with established procedures and controls.

What You'll Do:

1. Product Code Management

• Process product code uploads, updates, and removals in Salesroom based on approved requirements.
• Verify product code details against approved instructions before processing.
• Ensure completed transactions are accurately recorded.

2. Ticket and Request Management

• Monitor and process assigned Jira tickets within defined service levels.
• Provide accurate responses, update ticket statuses, and conduct necessary follow-ups.
• Escalate incomplete requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate team member.

3. Request Validation and Quality Control

• Check request completeness, required approvals, and supporting documents.
• Validate product code details and related information to minimize processing errors.
• Identify discrepancies and report potential operational risks.

4. Contract Acknowledgement and Documentation

• Process contract acknowledgements in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure required information is properly recorded and accessible.

5. Operational Monitoring and Compliance

• Update monitoring trackers and maintain accurate processing records.
• Complete assigned requests within established timelines and service levels.
• Follow approved work instructions and operational controls.
