Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks field sales representatives to promote HC Credit Card and other products at partner stores. You will approach customers in-store, explain card features, and assist with applications while keeping the kiosk neat and compliant with policies.

No prior experience required, but sales/frontline/field exposure is a plus. The role offers direct hire status and ongoing benefits in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a presentable kiosk/workspace and protect company equipment.

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
