EcoWindows is seeking a detail-oriented Admin and Accounting Specialist to manage payroll, administrative functions, employee compensation and benefits, and accounting while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Based onsite in Cebu City, this full-time role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field, and advanced Excel skills. Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and communication are essential.

Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll records.
Ensure correct computation of salaries, deductions, taxes, and government contributions.
Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll-related transactions.
Maintain employee records and administrative documentation.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding requirements.
Administer employee compensation, benefits, leave records, and government-mandated contributions.
Ensure administrative records are accurate, organized, and confidential.
Assist with general office administration and documentation.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Record and reconcile financial transactions.
Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial documentation.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and government agencies as needed.
Prepare and submit mandatory government reports and statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of PEZA processing and compliance is an advantage.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy,Finance, Office Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in payroll, administration, accounting, or finance.
Strong understanding of Philippine payroll processing, employee compensation and benefits, and statutory compliance.
Experience with payroll and accounting software is an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with PEZA documentation and processing is a definite plus.
