Gratitude Philippines is hiring a licensed US Registered Nurse (USRN) to lead clinical learning for our El Paso healthcare account. The role combines clinical expertise, BPO/CPO training experience, and team leadership to ensure effective knowledge transfer and compliance.

The position supports a temporary WFH setup with flexible shifts, joining ASAP, and requires oversight of training programs, performance coaching, and collaboration with operations and client stakeholders to drive clinical

Competenze

• Active USRN license from any US state.
• 1–2 years of experience as a BPO/CPO trainer or training lead.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical or hospital experience.
• Experience with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness or similar training evaluation methodologies.
• Strong medical writing and clinical documentation skills.

Required Qualifications

• Active USRN license from any US state.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a BPO/CPO trainer or training lead.
• Previous supervisory or people management experience.
• At least 2 years of recent clinical or hospital experience.
• Experience with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness or similar training evaluation methodologies.
• Strong clinical expertise in one or more areas: Orthopedics, Emergency Room, ICU, Neurology, Occupational Medicine, or Rehabilitation.
• Excellent medical writing, clinical documentation, and case summary skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical guidelines and client-specific medical protocols.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Teaching certifications or relevant educational credentials are preferred.

Work Requirements

• Must be flexible to work on shifting schedules.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
