Job summary

Motorsports in Manila is seeking an Activations Supervisor to lead end-to-end activations and events, managing timelines, crews, logistics, and on-site delivery for clients in the motorsports space.

You will oversee event teams, ensure safety and quality, manage budgets, and coordinate with sales/marketing and clients to meet requirements. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and on-site is required.

• Proven events/activations operations experience — has run multiple live events end-to-end.
• Strong logistics, planning, and project-management discipline; detail-oriented; calm under pressure.
• People leadership — has led event crews on-site and held them accountable in a fast, high-pressure setting.
• Budget-management discipline (on-budget delivery).
• Process orientation — builds checklists and SOPs and improves after each event.
• Flexible — can work event days, nights, and weekends; willing to be on-site.

Role Profile — Activations Supervisor

Supervisor / Manager · No sales-quota accountability But owns P&L

Purpose

Leads the planning and flawless execution of activations and events end-to-end. Owns delivery, event teams, logistics, suppliers, and on-ground quality. This seat is measured on execution excellence and on-budget delivery — not on a sales target.

Reports to: Operations Integrator (owners in the interim)

Oversees: Event crews and on-site staff, suppliers and vendors
