Job summary

Solaire Resort in Parañaque seeks an experienced Activation Lead to plan and execute brand activation campaigns tied to major events, sports and entertainment partnerships.

You will develop concepts with Brand Marketing Managers, coordinate on-ground activations, and manage agencies, budgets, and post-activation reporting while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Evening/weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand activation, experiential or sponsorship marketing.
• Experience activating sports, entertainment or lifestyle sponsorships in the Philippines.
• Track record tying activations to measurable sign-ups or sales.
• Strong network of activation agencies, promoters, talent and venues.
• Online gaming, betting, telco, e-wallet or beverage brand experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends around events.

Responsibilities

• Plan the activation calendar for SO and FAM around sponsorships, game launches, holidays and major events.
• Develop activation concepts with Brand Marketing Managers for on-ground booths, roadshows, venues, bars, watch parties and VIP experiences.
• Activate sponsorship and partnership rights including branding, hospitality and content days.
• Link on-ground to online: QR sign-ups, promo codes, affiliate and agent tracking to measure activations.
• Brief Production Manager on builds and Logistics, and the Art Director on activation creative.
• Manage activation agencies, promoters and talent; negotiate scopes and fees.
• Ensure activations meet PAGCOR rules, age-gating, venue permits.
• Own activation budgets and write post-activation reports on cost, sign-ups, FTDs and CAC.
• Lead and develop the Activation Executive(s).
