The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in activations, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with various teams and vendors. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in activations, events, or campaign deployment.
• Experience coordinating with creative teams, agencies, and logistics vendors.
• Hands-on knowledge of production timelines and event workflows.
• Hands-on knowledge of production timelines, delivery QC, and event workflows.
• Highly organized, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Bonus: Background in gaming, sports, media, or live marketing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day deployment of activations tied to campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
• Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external suppliers.
• Manage all timelines, checklists, and workflows to ensure efficient rollout.
• Production Oversight – Ensure creative and promotional assets (banners, giveaways, signage) are produced, QC’d, and delivered on time.
• Issue Management – Monitor ongoing activations, troubleshoot execution gaps, and elevate issues proactively.
• Partnership Support – Assist Partnerships Lead by ensuring all agreed deliverables are executed smoothly.
• Post-Event Reporting – Prepare performance summaries and insights to optimize future activations.

Key Responsibilities
