Job summary

JOII PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an experienced finance professional to join its offshore finance team in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. The role supports Australian businesses with end-to-end accounting, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

You will ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and help prepare month-end close and BAS/GST obligations. Strong English communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an accounting role supporting Australian businesses.
• Strong understanding of Australian accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage AP and AR processes including invoices, payments, collections, and allocations.
• Process and reconcile weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and end-of-month financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with BAS and GST obligations.
• Support audits and other finance-related projects.
