Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the AR team in collecting payments and ensuring accuracy of receivables.

The role requires a graduate in accounting or related fields, with AR experience and strong organizational and communication skills. You will coordinate with branch managers and prepare regular forecasting reports.

Qualifications

• Must be an Accounting/Business Administration graduate or any related course.
• With experience in account receivables.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
• Mature and willing to work under pressure.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Hardworking and responsible, has a high ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely collection of payments from clients on behalf of the company.
• Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the department's goals
• Monitors AR issues for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao together with AR supervisor and Branch Manager
• Checks and verifies completeness of requirements prior to requesting chattel budget. If approved by Comptroller, forwards the same to AP for check issuance.
• Training and coaching of local AR personnel in branches.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports.
• Ensures all team members adheres the procedures and fundamentals of AR.
