Job summary

1Rotary Trading Corporation in Taguig is seeking an Accounting Supervisor for Accounts Receivable to lead daily AR operations, ensure accurate invoicing, monitor aging, and drive timely collections to strengthen cash flow.

You will mentor a team, prepare AR reports, reconcile payments, and implement best practices. A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and at least two years’ supervisory experience in retail are required; on-site work at BGC, Taguig.

About the role

The Accounting Supervisor for Accounts Receivable is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounts receivable team.This role involves supervising a team, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections, managing customer accounts, and implementing best practices to optimize cash flow and minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable.
• Oversees the invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate billing to customers.
• Monitors accounts receivable aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and coordinate with collections agencies if necessary.
• Prepare and review regular accounts receivable reports, including aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and collection performance metrics.
• Reconcile customer payments including prompt and accurate balancing and posting of all receipts within financial system
• Focus on aging of Accounts Receivable balance and ensure overdue amounts are followed up promptly.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field isrequired.
• Must have at least two years (2) Supervisory level work experience from retail companies and related industries.
• Extensive Knowledge of General Accounting or in finance related work
• Technology savvy, must be proficient in using financial software.
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
