Job summary

Reinforce Search Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee the AR team in Makati. You will ensure invoices are accurate and processed on time, payments collected promptly, and balances reconciled.

You will lead the AR staff, monitor collection performance, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to improve the billing and cash flow.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in AR or accounting, with strong Excel and ERP system skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years in Accounts Receivable or related accounting roles, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, reconciliation, and cash application.
• Experience monitoring AR aging and collection performance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily AR team activities and performance.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and processed on time.
• Monitor collections and address overdue accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and process credit/debit memos.
• Prepare AR reports and assist month-end close.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations.
