Twoconnect is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our growing finance team in Manila. The role focuses on cash management, payment allocation, and high-volume transactional processing across trade and retail operations using Oracle ERP and Excel.

Requirements include 2–3 years of relevant AR experience, strong Excel skills, and a process-driven approach. Onsite work setup with a supportive finance team and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounts receivable or cash allocation experience.
• Strong Excel skills and computer literacy.
• Experience with high-volume transactional processing.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Receive and allocate trade customer payments against invoices.
• Match payments to bank statements and remittance information.
• Process receipts for deposits and card payments.
• Reconcile bank transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Support high-volume cash management during peak periods.
