Our Clients is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage billing, invoicing, and collections in our Makati office. This role leads the AR team, ensures accurate revenue recognition, and enforces strong internal controls using ERP systems.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Accountancy, 3–5 years in AR, and ideally a CPA. Onsite, Monday–Friday, with a focus on process optimization and reliable financial reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CPA license is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• 2+ years experience supervising a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end billing process and ensure timely invoices.
• Validate billing against contracts, POs, and service agreements.
• Monitor invoice delivery to customers to prevent delays.
• Oversee collections plans and adherence to payment terms.
• Assess aging and overdue accounts to mitigate risks.
• Lead AR team with defined priorities and performance targets.
• Provide coaching and support to strengthen team competencies.
• Consolidate AR reports and provide management with updates on receivables.
• Promote ERP usage and automation to improve efficiency.
