Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to handle invoicing, billing records, and aging reports. You will ensure accurate entries in the QNE system and maintain timely communications with clients and Sales Area Managers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, 1–3 years AR experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with QNE is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–3 years accounts receivable experience in any industry.
• Knowledge of accounting and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients on time.
• Maintain and update billing and accounts receivable records.
• Ensure accurate and updated entries in the QNE system.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments with clients and Sales Area Managers.
• Address client inquiries regarding invoices, payment terms, and balances.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Apply incoming payments and perform account reconciliation.
• Prepare regular Accounts Receivable Aging Reports and other financial reports.
• Identify and correct discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
