Job summary

Phoenix Publishing House Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting-related professional to support billing, invoicing, and client records management.

You will handle sales invoices, debit/credit memos, and maintain organized client records in both physical and ERP systems. The role also involves addressing internal and external account inquiries to resolve concerns and collection issues, with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of ABM Senior-High School or Accountancy, Finance or any business-related course.
• Preferably with 1 year accounting-related work experience or fresh graduate.
• Keen to detail and with good analytical thinking skills.
• With basic knowledge using ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Processes sales invoices, debit memos and credit memos related to billing statements to ensure correctness in the statement of account.
• Maintains and organizes records and files of the clients in physical and ERP database.
• Assists in attending to account inquiries of internal and external customers to resolve concerns and collection issues.
• Accomplishes other tasks assigned from time to time.
