Job summary

Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking an accounting clerk to encode and maintain records of sales, accounts receivable, and collection transactions with proper documentation.

You will review ARD, DR, and SI for accuracy before posting to the General Ledger and generate AR aging reports, intercompany billings, and deposit verifications. This role requires attention to detail and familiarity with SAP and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
• Minimum of one (1) year of accounting-related work experience.
• Familiar with SAP and QuickBooks systems.

Responsibilities

• Encodes and maintains records of sales, accounts receivable, and collection transactions with proper documentation
• Reviews ARD, DR, and SI to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to posting in the General Ledger
• Generates reports on AR aging, intercompany billings, and prepares deposit slips; verifies and matches online shop remittances with system data
