Job summary

Prime@Technology Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Billing specialist to manage invoicing, payments and aging. You will ensure timely processing of invoices and accurate application of payments, while maintaining complete records and supporting documentation.

The role requires 1–2 years in AR/Billing and degree in Accountancy, with strong communication and attention to detail. On-site work in the Philippines with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Must have accounting knowledge with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, registrations, insurance and work permits.
• Record invoices, payments, credit memos, and adjustments accurately and timely.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments regarding billing concerns.
• Maintain customer account records and document all transactions.
• Verify customer payments and apply to outstanding invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and identify discrepancies or unapplied payments.
• Prepare AR aging reports and other receivable reports.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts and payments.
• Assist in monitoring customer credit limits and payment terms.
