Job summary

IQBackOffice in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to maintain precise records of all payments, prepare invoices, and pursue collections as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 5+ years of AR experience, and strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, MySQL, and MS Office. Onsite work at BGC, Taguig is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA title may be preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and databases such as MySQL.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and client handling.
• Willing to work US business hours.
• Onsite work in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Contact clients for collections as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
• Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete; AR ledgers and journals are up-to-date
• Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting
• Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
• Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
