BlackHawk Industrial in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Receivable Assistant to support customer accounts, ensure accurate aging balances, and enable timely collection. You will handle invoicing via third-party portals, review AR tickets, and prepare consolidated invoices while adhering to ISO processes.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication. Bachelor's degree required; 2–4 years AR experience preferred; benefits include insurance, vacation, and wellness

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient time management and ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office.
• Experience with Prophet 21 is desirable.
• Proven customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety.
• Review and resolve internal A/R helpdesk tickets; RMA confirmations, credits and rebills, new ship-to setup.
• Submit and review customer invoices through 3rd party portals.
• Prepare and validate timely consolidated invoices.
• Resolve inquiries through the AR email inbox.
• Answer incoming AR phone queue calls.
• Follow ISO processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
