Accenture PLC in the Philippines is hiring for an Accounts Receivable/Order-to-Cash professional to support order processing, billing, collections, and cash application. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely invoicing, and ongoing account reconciliation.

You will work onsite in Metro Manila, handling inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and assisting period-end activities while contributing to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the specified fields.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, or Customer Financial Operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to work full onsite in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang.

Build your experience in Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash operations. This role supports customer transactions across order processing, billing, collections, payment application, and account reconciliation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, or Customer Financial Operations.

• Hands‑on exposure to one or more of the following:

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Billing and invoicing

  • Collections

  • Cash application and payment allocation

  • Order Management / Sales Order Processing

  • Deductions or claims

  • Customer account reconciliation

  • Customer inquiry resolution

• Shared Services, BPO, GBS, or multinational experience is an advantage.

• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar AR/billing platforms is an advantage.

• Good analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Amenable to full onsite work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang.

• Willing to work shifting schedules, including night/graveyard shifts.
