Job summary

Accenture PLC in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Collections professional to support billing, revenue, and working capital activities. The role focuses on managing billing requirements, monitoring outstanding balances, and partnering with stakeholders to improve billing turnaround and cash collection.

You will work onsite in Taguig, supporting mid-shift operations and collaborating with Credit Control and finance teams to drive timely invoicing and receivables performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collections experience.
• Strong exposure to customer collections and receivables.
• Experience with billing, WIP, and aged debt management.
• Ability to analyze financial KPIs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing activities and ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time.
• Review billing requirements and resolve invoice-related concerns.
• Monitor aged receivables and outstanding balances.
• Track WIP and identify items requiring billing action.
• Work with Credit Control and internal stakeholders on unpaid invoices.
• Prepare aged debt, WIP, billing, and collection reports.
• Analyze collection performance, debtor positions, and KPIs.
• Respond to billing and payment inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support month-end/year-end activities and audits.
• Help improve billing turnaround, collections, and working capital processes.

What You’ll Do

• Track Work in Progress (WIP) and identify items requiring billing action.

• Work with Credit Control and internal stakeholders to address unpaid invoices.

• Prepare aged debt, WIP, billing, and collection reports.

• Analyze collection performance, debtor positions, and financial KPIs.

• Respond to billing and payment inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Support month-end/year-end activities, audits, and financial reviews.

• Help improve billing turnaround, collections, and working capital processes.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of relevant Collections experience.

• Strong exposure to customer collections and management of outstanding receivables.

• Experience in areas such as:

  • Collections / Credit Control

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Billing and Invoicing

  • Aged Debt Management

  • Customer Payment Resolution

  • Account / Receivables Monitoring

• Exposure to WIP management, working capital, or revenue control is an advantage.

• Comfortable working with financial reports, aging information, and operational KPIs.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Able to resolve billing and payment concerns professionally.

• Amenable to full onsite work in Taguig.

• Willing to work mid shift.
