Job summary

Phoenix Publishing House, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team on a hybrid basis in Quezon City. The role targets candidates with 3-5 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree, working full-time.

You will evaluate processes to deliver value-adding AR services, monitor the timely recording of invoices and memos, and prepare AR reports for management’s decisions. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates processes to deliver value-adding AR services.
• Monitors timely recording of invoices, memos, and adjustments to client accounts.
• Prepares reports and analyses of accounts receivable for management's decisions.
• Accomplishes other tasks assigned from time to time.
