Private Advertiser is seeking an accounting professional to join a fast-paced team in Cebu City. You will verify vendor invoices, reconcile statements, and process customer billing adjustments with attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Requirements include 3–5 years of North American accounting experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, QuickBooks, and Pipedrive CRM. Ability to learn new software quickly is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with North American accounting principles and communication with customers in North America and Canada is essential
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and accounting software
• Able to learn new software platforms quickly
• Strong English communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, integrated team environment
• Previous experience in vendor payable processing and revenue/billing adjustments

Responsibilities

• Verify, track and resolve vendor payable invoice discrepancies
• Verify vendor documents and rates
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure complete and accurate payment
• Process customer billing adjustments
• Client Billing/Invoice & Document Processing
• Other accounting functions as needed
