Job summary

Fork Force seeks an experienced accounts receivable specialist to manage a portfolio of customers and drive debt collection in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle AR emails, calls, credits and refunds, and liaise with sales, hire, service and parts teams to resolve outstanding balances.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in accounts receivable, strong English communication, and a proven track record of meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in accounts receivable or debtor management.
• Experience calling customers to collect outstanding debts.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable inbox and daily activity.
• Make collections calls and document notes in Baseplan.
• Review credit applications and process credits/adjustments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Hire, Service and Parts teams to resolve balances.
• Monitor delinquency risks and follow up on disputes and refunds.
• Liaise with external debt collectors under supervision.
