Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience in accounts receivable / debtor management
• Experience in tasks described in the job description
• Experience working to KPI's
• Experience calling customers to collect outstanding debts and ensuring timely follow-up on collection calls
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable email inbox and daily collections activity
• Call customers to collect outstanding debts and log notes in Baseplan
• Review credit applications and handle credits/adjustments
• Follow up on payway rejections and direct debit updates
• Coordinate with sales, service and parts teams as needed
• Deal with external debt collectors under supervision
• Back-up processing of receipts and allocations
