Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an accounts receivable specialist to manage end-to-end collections and debtor management for customers, coordinating with sales, hire, service, and parts teams.

Strong English skills and experience with KPI-driven targets are required. The role involves checking payment statuses, contacting customers, and ensuring timely follow-ups while maintaining accurate records in Payway and Baseplan.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience in accounts receivable / debtor management.
• Experience performing tasks described in the job description.
• Experience working to KPIs.
• Experience calling customers to collect outstanding debts when due and following up on calls.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Calling customers to collect outstanding debts as they fall due.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders in sales, hire, service & parts departments.
• Be back-up officer to process receipts and allocate invoices to payments.
• Review creditor watch reports and monitor account status for changes.
