Job description

Daily

• Tally sales from StoreHub vs. collections, including resolving minimal issues or problems.
• Monitor payment provider merchants’ proceeds (Maya, HCPOS, Salmon).
• ACUS posting of collections: outright, SM collections, disers incentives, Lazada, Shopify, fulfillment by Shopee.
• Offset disers losses (CMDM).
• Generate all done entries in ACU payments, then plot in collections monitoring.
• Fill in collection reports.
• AR issuance.

Weekly

• Plot cash proceeds in collections daily monitoring.

Monthly

• Monthly posting of petty cash replenishment (ACU posting).
• Monthly backtracking of aging, pending, or discrepancies on ACU.
• Update monthly collection monitoring of outlets.
• Compile bundled collection reports (outlets, outrights, SM, etc.).
• Boxing and labeling.
• Update templates for daily, monthly, and other payments (merchant) for box labels.

Quarterly

• Generate EWT-SAWT and send via email for RQ RPQ.
