Job summary

Our Clients in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to support invoicing, collections, payment monitoring, and customer account reconciliation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, helping ensure accurate financial records and timely collection of outstanding balances.

Key tasks include preparing invoices, monitoring receivables, recording payments, reconciling accounts, resolving billing concerns with customers and internal teams, and assisting in month-end closing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or general accounting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and reconciliation procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices and billing statements.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Record and allocate customer payments accurately.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve billing concerns.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing aging reports and monitoring collection performance.
• Support month-end closing and other accounts receivable reporting activities.
