Job summary

Dover Business Services in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking an energetic Accounts Receivable Specialist to perform customer account verification, disputes resolution and collection activities. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to ensure accurate posting, timely remittance processing and aging reports.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and 2–3 years of collection or related experience, with strong Excel and ERP systems experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Accounting Technology or related field.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in collection or related field.
• Proficient Excel; SharePoint a plus.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP and other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer accounts and perform collection activities via email and outbound calls.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve disputes.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets and payment posting with remittance advice.
• Prepare aging reports and monitor credit exposure and holds.
