Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or finance administration preferred.
• Proficiency with office software and processes.
• Insurance industry knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Debt collection and payment recovery for invoices.
• Maintain accurate collection records and follow-up actions.
• Receipting, reimbursements, AR imports, credits handling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment barriers and support cash flow.
• Assist with month-end closing and AR reporting as required.
• Process reimbursements and AR imports via Timberline and BBG-related tools.
