Job summary

SIC VITA EST INC. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Metro Manila to manage customer accounts, issue invoices, and coordinate with internal teams for accurate financial records and timely collections.

The role focuses on reconciling sales transactions, maintaining financial documentation, and generating daily to monthly reports while upholding internal controls and confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related course.
• Preferably with experience in accounts receivable, sales reconciliation, or general accounting.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling financial records accurately.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and issue statements of accounts, invoices, and other billing documents as required.
• Track due dates, overdue balances, and customer payments.
• Record daily sales transactions and ensure completeness and accuracy of sales reports.
• Reconcile sales records against POS reports, cash collections, bank deposits, and e-wallet transactions.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies in payments and balances.
• Maintain organized records of sales, receivables, collections, and customer payments.
• Assist in preparing accounts receivable aging reports and collection summaries.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned.
• Follow company accounting policies, internal controls, and established procedures.
