Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in billing and invoicing.
• Proficient with NAV Accounting and MS Office; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Issue invoice billings to clients and apply VAT where applicable.
• Compile billable charges from departments and prepare billing documents.
• Verify statements of charges and supporting documents.
• Dispatch signed invoices to clients via courier or email.
• Follow up overdue receivables for assigned accounts.
• Post journal entries and assist in monthly revenue reports.
