VIA DURINI VENTURES INC. in Metro Manila seeks an Accounts Payable & Receivable professional to manage invoicing, payments, and vendor communications. The role covers ledger maintenance, month-end close support, and accurate aging reporting.

The ideal candidate will assist with reconciliations, tax compliance and collaboration with finance to support accurate financial statements and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Create, issue, and process invoices, track expenses, and manage incoming and outgoing payments.
• Cross-check invoices against payment records, update general ledgers, and perform monthly bank and inter-company reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, prepare aging reports, and help draft financial statements or budget forecasts.
• Ensure financial activities adhere to local tax regulations (such as BIR filings in the Philippines), process withholding tax certificates, and support internal or external audits.
• Handle billing inquiries, follow up on overdue or aged receivables, and issue official receipts.
