Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting seeks Trade to Cash Associates to join a large client team and support finance operations across cash application, contracts, pricing, collections, and claims. • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Credit & Collections experience.
• Experience in a process-driven operational environment is an advantage.
• Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centers is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cash application and finance processes.
• Knowledge of ERP/finance workflow systems is an advantage.
• Training in process improvement or finance operations is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig on a day shift.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Process cash applications accurately within agreed timelines.
• Support customer contract and pricing updates in finance systems.
• Assist with invoice and credit note requests.
• Support collections activities and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Process customer deductions, pricing claims, and trade spend claims.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and clear outstanding claims.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established workflows and procedures.
• Support process improvement initiatives within finance operations.
