Job summary

Acquire Intelligence seeks an Accounts Payable Team Lead to own AP operations in a growth‑minded organization. You will oversee payment runs, vendor management, month‑end close, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will coach the AP team, monitor SLAs/KPIs, drive process improvements, and support audits with thorough documentation and strong financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Experience in medium to large organisations; Australian accounting practices exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own AP operations and ensure accuracy and timeliness of vendor payments.
• Lead and coach the AP team and prioritise tasks.
• Oversee payment runs, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation and controls.
