Job summary

Filinvest Development Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee end-to-end disbursement processes, ensure accurate, compliant payments, and maintain effective internal controls. The role leads the AP team, monitors daily operations, coaches staff, and drives process improvements.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience, 2–5 years preferred.
• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and certify CV packages for budgeting, approval, and support.
• Ensure accurate charging, proper documentation, and tax recording.
• Process payments within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Coach and mentor AP staff to meet OKRs and HR policies.
• Prepare monthly payables outputs and vendor-ledger monitoring.
• Assist month-end close and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain payables records and drive process improvements.
