Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Support Manager to lead AP teams within a global shared services setting in Cebu City. You will drive performance, ensure adherence to SLAs, and implement process improvements while partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AP, strong leadership, English proficiency, and experience in high-volume operations. Willingness to work third shift is required, with shift premium provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Accounts Payable experience required.
• Managerial or supervisory experience in BPO/SSG environment preferred.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for AP support operations.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and KPIs.
• Ensure deliverables meet SLAs and policies.
• Manage escalations and root-cause analysis.
• Drive AP process improvements and operational excellence.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members.
• Provide regular performance feedback to staff.
