Job summary

Lexmark Research & Development Corporation in Cebu City is seeking an Accounts Payable Support Manager to lead a global AP team, ensuring accurate, timely processing and high service quality.

You will drive process improvements, mentor staff, and partner with cross-functional teams across the worldwide organization. The role requires 5+ years in AP, leadership experience, and proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Excel, with a third-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Accounts Payable experience is required
• Managerial/supervisory experience in BPO/Shared Services is preferred
• Experience leading teams in high-volume operations
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency is required
• Willingness to work on a third shift schedule
• Proficiency in Excel and enterprise systems

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational goals
• Provide day-to-day leadership for Accounts Payable support operations
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and KPIs
• Ensure deliverables meet established SLAs
• Manage escalations and root-cause analysis
• Ensure adherence to AP processes, policies, and controls
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and service quality
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across a global organization
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of team members
• Provide regular performance feedback and guidance
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices
