Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Support Manager to lead a high‑volume AP team within a global shared services environment. You will drive performance, coach leaders, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely AP processing and continuous improvement.

The role requires solid AP experience, strong leadership, and English proficiency. A shift schedule will apply as part of the operating model.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in AP or shared services.
• Experience leading or supervising teams in high-volume operations.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable operations and processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for AP support operations.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and KPIs.
• Ensure deliverables meet service level agreements.
• Manage escalations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to AP processes, policies, and controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and service quality.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Monitor recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support teams.
• Lead and support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide regular performance feedback and guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve team capability and productivity.
• Ensure consistent execution of processes and corrective actions.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
