Qualifications

• 6+ years of intermediate-level Accounts Payable experience with leadership or supervisory exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Oracle, E-Automate or Concur is a plus.
• English proficiency required; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Accounts Payable operations, coordinate workloads and monitor performance.
• Escalate issues and support timely resolution of invoices, payments, procurement or system inquiries.
• Monitor AP transactions, controls, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze AP and procurement reports to support decisions and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and reporting capabilities.
