Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Operations Manager to provide senior leadership and oversight for Accounts Payable activities. This role leads teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality AP operations while maintaining process compliance and performance.

You will oversee day-to-day AP operations, drive improvements, monitor performance, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business requirements and service expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of managerial experience, required.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, required.
• Experience in BPO/Shared Services/GBS environments preferred.
• Experience managing first-line managers or other people leaders preferred.
• Background in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for Accounts Payable activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop AP teams to achieve operational goals and service levels.
• Establish team priorities, monitor performance, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Oversee AP processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timelines.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Address escalations and complex issues affecting AP processes.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure SOP compliance.
• Support business reviews and update on performance and risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve team capability and engagement.
• Conduct coaching and development activities for team members.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning as needed.
