Wipro Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to oversee daily AP operations and lead a high-performing team in Cebu City.

The role focuses on accurate processing, service levels, and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline and proven AP leadership experience within a BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience leading an Accounts Payable team in a BPO setting.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Accounts Payable team members to achieve targets.
• Manage Vendor Master Data activities, ensuring vendor information is accurate and maintained.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and compliance with processes and controls.
• Work with customers and client stakeholders to address operational concerns and service requirements.
• Manage offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams effectively.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Support operational transitions, service stabilization, and process transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and review operational reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Accounts Payable procedures.
• Handle escalations and provide timely solutions to complex issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Operations.
