Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role or leading a project to demonstrate team leadership.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounts payable or similar financial role.
• Experience with financial software such as Elite 3E is a plus.
• Legal industry background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Accounts Payable processes and promote standard AP processes.
• Lead the Accounts Payable Team to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
• Manage recruitment discussions and staff transitions as needed.
• Coach and monitor team members; set goals and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance and effectiveness of internal controls in AP.
