Citicon Ready Mix & Const. Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor at our Mamplasan head office in Laguna.

The role oversees a high-volume AP team across multiple plants, ensuring accurate invoicing, strong vendor relations, and robust internal controls to strengthen cost management. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with 10+ years in AP, including 3+ years in supervision, and strong Excel skills. Experience in ready-mix/construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. CPA is an advantage, but not required.
• 10+ years of accounts payable experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with material delivery receipts and multi-location payables.
• Strong knowledge of AP processing, three-way matching, and internal controls.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attentive to detail, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in ready mix concrete, construction, aggregates, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and monitor the performance of the AP team (5); assign workload and review output.
• Review and approve invoices related to cement, aggregates, admixtures, equipment, truck parts, fuel, utilities, and overhead expenses.
• Ensure proper three-way matching of purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices from multiple plants.
• Audit and enforce internal controls on expenses and reimbursements across departments.
• Coordinate with Procurement regarding pricing, returns, credit, and supplier concerns.
• Manage vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
