Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to join our Accounting and Finance team in Bonifacio Global City. You will process purchase orders, encode invoices in NAV, and handle broker reimbursements and payments to vendors.

The role requires 3+ years in AP, on-site work, a BS in Accountancy, and strong Excel skills. You will manage monthly tax schedules (1601C/E, 2550M/Q), file vouchers, and support ad hoc tasks in a fast-paced real estate services firm.

Responsibilities

• Receiving approved purchase orders in MS NAV 2018.
• Encoding invoices in MS NAV with complete supporting documents.
• Checking and processing broker's reimbursement receipts.
• Prepare accounts payable and check vouchers in MS NAV.
• Prepare corporate checks and other forms of payment for disbursements.
• Monitor release of checks to admin and staff.
• Prepare Tax Schedule for 1601C/E, 2550M & Q monthly, including DAT/vat relief filings.
• Maintain AP files monthly; file vouchers and vouchers.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of approved purchase orders in MS NAV 2018.
• Encoding invoices in MS NAV based on complete supporting documents and ensures that bills are correctly entered in the system.
• Checking and processing of broker's reimbursement receipts.
• Prepare accounts payable and check vouchers in MS NAV.
• Prepare corporate checks, Managers checks, and other form of payment related to disbursement of cash, such as; Telegraphic transfer local and international.
• Monitor the releasing of check to admin, internal employees and others.
• Prepare Tax Schedule for 1601C/E, 2550M & Q every month, it includes filing of DAT files for Alpha list and VAT Relief for input taxes.
• Maintains the AP files in a single folder on a per month basis.
• Filing of Check Vouchers and AP Vouchers.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Management, Financial Management or any equivalent course

Desired Skills

• Good communication skills-verbal and written.
• Advance knowledge in MS Excel.
• Analytical and keen on details .

Qualifications

• At least 3 yrs experience in Accounts Payable (GA & Tax experience a plus) .
• Must be willing to work on site.
• Amenable to work five (5) days a week.
