Job summary

Savills Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist in Metro Manila. The role includes managing invoices, preparing corporate checks, and ensuring accurate disbursements. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and advanced knowledge in MS Excel, and should be detail-oriented. The role requires on-site presence and a commitment to work five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Receiving approved purchase orders in MS NAV 2018.
• Encoding invoices in MS NAV based on complete supporting documents.
• Checking and processing of broker's reimbursement receipts.
• Prepare accounts payable and check vouchers in MS NAV.
• Monitor the releasing of checks to internal employees.
• Prepare Tax Schedule for 1601C/E, 2550M & Q every month.
• Filing of Check Vouchers and AP Vouchers.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of approved purchase orders in MS NAV 2018.
• Encoding invoices in MS NAV based on complete supporting documents and ensures that bills are correctly entered in the system.
• Checking and processing of broker's reimbursement receipts.
• Prepare accounts payable and check vouchers in MS NAV.
• Prepare corporate checks, Managers checks, and other form of payment related to disbursement of cash, such as; Telegraphic transfer local and international.
• Monitor the releasing of check to admin, internal employees and others.
• Prepare Tax Schedule for 1601C/E, 2550M & Q every month, it includes filing of DAT files for Alpha list and VAT Relief for input taxes.
• Maintains the AP files in a single folder on a per month basis.
• Filing of Check Vouchers and AP Vouchers.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Educational requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Management, Financial Management or any equivalent course
